If you purchased your subscription via the web and lost your code, you can restore your access using your unique payment receipt. Please note that payments are traceable only within 40 days, and this method won’t work if you are currently in a free trial period.
Follow these steps to restore access:
- Open your banking app or the payment method you used.
- Check your transaction history for your last receipt from Toggle VPN.
- Find the unique payment number on your receipt. It typically follows a format like Toggle ORG* XXXXXXXXXX , Toggle INC* XXXXXXXXXX or VPN.TOGGLE* XXXXXXXXXX, though this may vary depending on your bank.
- Send this unique number to our support team at support@toggle.org.
Once we receive this number, we will confirm your payment and restore access to your account.
