How to change or delete an existing payment method

You can easily manage your existing payment methods. Please note that for web accounts, you can only delete a payment method if more than one payment method is linked to your account, and the method marked as "default" cannot be deleted.

To delete a payment method on the Web:

  1. Sign in to your Toggle VPN account on toggle.org.
  2. Go to the Billing page.
  3. Click the Edit button.
  4. Select the payment method you wish to remove.
  5. Click on the red “X” icon.
  6. Confirm deleting the payment method. 

To change/update a payment method on Android:

  1. Go to play.google.com.
  2. At the top right, click your Profile icon.
  3. Select Payments & SubscriptionsPayment MethodsEdit payment methods.
  4. Find the payment method you want to update and click Edit.
  5. Make your updates and click Update.

To change/update a payment method on iOS:

  1. Open the Settings App on your device.
  2. Tap Your Name at the top of the screen.
  3. Select Payment & Shipping (You may be prompted to sign in with your Apple ID).
  4. To update the billing information for an existing card, tap the payment method, then select Edit.
  5. Enter your New Billing Information and tap Done to save your changes.
