How to cancel a Web subscription (toggle.org)

To cancel your subscription purchased directly via our website, please follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Toggle VPN account on toggle.org.
  2. Go to the Subscription page.
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription".
  4. Confirm your subscription cancellation.

If you are unable to log in, please send us your Toggle VPN payment receipt at support@toggle.org and our support team will cancel it for you. Open your banking app or payment service, find the unique payment number on your receipt (e.g., Toggle ORG* XXXXXXXXXX , Toggle INC* XXXXXXXXXX or VPN.TOGGLE* XXXXXXXXXX), and send this number to us. Please note that payments are only traceable for up to 40 days.

After you cancel, you can still use Toggle VPN until the last day of your current subscription cycle.
