Refund policy and how to request a refund (Web, Apple, Google)

Our Refund Policy Our system and policy have a hard limit of 30 days for all refund requests. This aligns with how our payment processors operate, and we cannot manually override it for charges older than that timeframe. Once a refund is successfully processed, it usually takes some time for the funds to return to your account—typically up to 15 business days.

How to request a refund for Web purchases (toggle.org) If you purchased your subscription on our website, please note that this method won't work if you are currently in a free trial period, and payments are traceable only within 40 days.

  1. Open your banking app or payment method and find the unique payment number on your receipt (e.g., Toggle ORG* XXXXXXXXXX , Toggle INC* XXXXXXXXXX or VPN.TOGGLE* XXXXXXXXXX).
  2. Send this number to support@toggle.org. If you cannot find your receipt, please send an email to support@toggle.org with the last four digits and expiry date of your card, the type of card used, the exact date and time of your payment, and the amount paid. Once a refund is successfully processed, the refund receipt will be sent to your email.

  1. Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund".
  3. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
  4. Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit.
