Reporting a Bug or Technical Issue If you have encountered a bug or a technical issue, providing specific information will help our support team investigate and resolve the problem much faster. When reaching out to us, please include the following details:

  • What action you were taking or trying to do when the issue occurred.
  • Which screen you were on when the problem occurred.
  • What network you are connecting to (e.g., public Wi-Fi or mobile network).
  • Your current country or city location.
  • If possible, please attach a screenshot or a screen recording of the issue.
