VPN won't connect: basic internet & Wi-Fi checks

If you are unable to connect to the VPN, let's check whether you have an active internet connection on your device. Open a web browser and visit any website or toggle.org.


 

If it appears that you do not have an internet connection, please try the following steps:

  • Check your connection in your phone settings.
  • Try connecting to another available network.
  • Check your balance and data allowance.
  • Restart your device and router.
  • Check your network settings and modes (such as airplane mode or data transfer).
  • Check your equipment (SIM card, cables, router).

If the problem persists, contact your operator or provider. Once your internet is active, try connecting to the VPN again.
