We need the following details:
- What country or city are you currently located in?
- Which server is currently selected?
- Which protocol is currently connected? (To find out, open the Toggle app, go to settings by tapping the down arrow on the main screen, and select Advanced).
- What network are you connecting to: public Wi-Fi or mobile network?
- What resource, website, service, or application are you trying to connect to using the VPN? (Provide URL or name).
- What were you trying to do, and which screen were you on when the issue occurred?
- Your email address so we can send you a reply.
If possible, please also attach a screenshot or a screen recording of the issue.
