What diagnostic information support needs to help you

To help us improve our service, monitor connection issues, and investigate complex problems, please share diagnostic information with our support team at support@toggle.org

We need the following details:

  • What country or city are you currently located in?
  • Which server is currently selected?
  • Which protocol is currently connected? (To find out, open the Toggle app, go to settings by tapping the down arrow on the main screen, and select Advanced).
  • What network are you connecting to: public Wi-Fi or mobile network?
  • What resource, website, service, or application are you trying to connect to using the VPN? (Provide URL or name).
  • What were you trying to do, and which screen were you on when the issue occurred?
  • Your email address so we can send you a reply.

If possible, please also attach a screenshot or a screen recording of the issue.
